The conference fee includes book of abstracts, welcoming cocktail, lunches, dinners, as well as coffee breaks.

Registrations will only be considered valid after payment.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be sent in written form.
The following policy will be followed for refunds:

• for cancellations received before August 1st, 2008, the refund will be limited to 50% of the amount paid;

• for cancellations received after August 1st, 2008, no refund will be made.
