Instructions for Poster Presentations:
- Posters must be produced in portrait style
- Posters must be maximum AO sized (841 x 1189 mm)
- The poster area is located at the Botanical Garden Conference Center
- You will find the assigned poster numbers on the poster boards. The number on the board corresponds with the numbers in the abstract book.
- Poster mounting can be done form 08.00 hrs on the morning of Friday 10 October 2008.
- The Attended Poster Session will take place on Friday 10 October 2008 from 14.00 – 18.00 hrs. Authors are encouraged to be present at their poster during this session to discuss and answer queries. It may also be useful to have small A4 copies of your poster or the key points to hand out to interested delegates.
- The winners of the Poster Competition will be announced and prizes distributed during the Closing Ceremony on Saturday 11 October2008.
- Posters can be removed from 18.00 hrs on Friday 10 October 2008. Posters that have not been removed will be disposed of by the organisers on Saturday 11 October 2008.
